James Stretton studied trumpet at Trinity College of Music and with James Austin in Houston, Texas, and has performed with many leading British orchestras. He has toured widely with the Royal Shakespeare Company and also works extensively as a music examiner for Trinity College, London. Formerly he was Head of Instrumental Music at Harrogate Ladies’ College. With the trumpet he has enjoyed a chameleon-like career playing with symphony orchestras, pop bands, brass bands, early music ensembles and big bands.
Audrius Salz
Audrius Salz was born in 1991 in Šilutė, Lithuania. Since childhood, he was surrounded by music records and since the age of 10 he began to show interest in wind instruments and began to play cornet. When Audrius graduated from music school and conservatory, specialising in classical music, he became more involved in jazz and popular music. Chung-Hsiang Yang
Chung-Hsiang Yang was born in 1982 in Taipei and studied with Yi-Ching Hsieh, Jen-Chih Chen, Yueh-Chun Chiang, and Jean-Michel Vinit. He was a member of Taipei Youth Wind Orchestra Tier 2, Taipei Civic Symphonic Band, Sound By Ourselves Wind Ensemble, and Voices of Spring Symphony Orchestra and had many successful concerts with them.
Chung-Hsiang joined the Ministry of National Defense Symphony Orchestra in 2003 and in 2007 he was accepted as a student of Rueil Malmaison Conservatoire,
Kelly Langenberg
Kelly Langenberg is a thriving performer and teacher with an ever-growing list of accomplishments and performing opportunities. Recent appearances include the Chicago Brass Festival with the Uber Horn Quartet, the 45th International Horn Society Symposium with the Chicago Horn Consort, and the National Trumpet Competition, the Great American Brass Band Festival, and the International Trumpet Guild Conference with the Stiletto Brass Quintet, where her playing was reviewed as “ferociously powerful”. Timothy Jones
Timothy Jones was born in London in 1961 and studied with Ifor James and Frank Lloyd. After leaving school at the age of seventeen, he started his career as a professional musician, playing second horn with the Munich Philharmonic. In 1984 Timothy joined the London Philharmonic Orchestra, where he stayed until joining the London Symphony Orchestra as Principal Horn in 1986. Timothy has also been a member of the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra and the Academy of St Martin-in-the-Fields.
